Manage the cash positions of development entities and participate in monthly funding requests to investors;
Coordinate monthly financing requests;
Prepare financial analysis reports and perform various monthly variance analyses and ad hoc analyses as requested;
Present monthly cost tracking reports to senior management;
Prepare quarterly and annual reports for investors;
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements;
Assist accounting technicians with journal entries.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm or in industry, preferably in a real estate and/or construction context;
Professional accounting designation is a major asset (CPA or CFA);
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
Experience in Construction Accounting and/or Real Estate Development or related additional experience is an asset;
Experience with the full accounting cycle (budgeting / financial statements / year-end file / monthly variance analysis);
Strong Excel skills;
Knowledge of Maestro software is an asset.
