Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in commercial real estate finance
- experience representing banks, insurance companies, or debt funds
- knowledge of title, survey, lease and other diligence related to commercial properties
- experience with mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage loan securitization is a plus
- law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- member of the Bar in the United States
