Direct teams of Technicians installing, maintaining, and repairing military equipment
Develop and execute field service strategies for customer satisfaction
Act as the primary liaison with military personnel, contractors, and end-users
Coordinate on-site and remote service activities including installation, commissioning, and maintenance
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as labor hours and repair times
Supervise and mentor Field Technicians with training and performance standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field preferred
7+ years of experience in field service management; experience in military communication systems, aerospace, or advanced electronics preferred
Proven ability in troubleshooting, team leadership, project planning and technical writing.
Able and willing to travel approximately 20%
30%, mostly domestic with some international travel.
