Role Overview
- Manage daily client relationships.
- Act as the interface between clients and internal agency teams.
- Monitor and follow up on content requests and project workflows.
- Prepare briefings, timelines, presentations and status reports.
- Ensure deadlines, delivery quality and strategic alignment.
- Lead project follow-up meetings.
- Support account development and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage approvals, scope and billing (POs and financial processes).
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
- Experience in agency account service and account management.
- Previous experience working in an advertising agency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of integrated campaigns and content.
- Experience with billing and financial controls.
