Applies expertise in an assigned commodity set responsible for customer inventory set-up and maintenance, parts data accuracy, content integrity, systems integrity, pricing rule application, and related activities.
Supports materials, sales, and/or other support operations team members.
Builds inventory part data list and/or pricing rules in system tools to meet supplier specifications and company strategies.
Creates, maintains, and audits inventory/pricing data, automated rules, pricing set-ups, processes, and other related systems aspects to ensure system integrity and compliance to governance requirements.
Proactively notifies and educates the team regarding new/existing vendor pricing programs, product change updates, and price approval requirements.
Tests system for proper configuration set-up and troubleshoots any related systems issues.
Requirements
Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Typically less than 2 years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
