Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
7+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture (including scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment)
Experience with integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and Store Apps)
Experience with CMDB Health, Process, Governance, and integration with other ITSM modules in ServiceNow
Experience with supervising and inspecting code migrations between instances, as well as providing feedback to technical resources on approaches to remediate assigned defects
Proficient and knowledgeable of ServiceNow's Discovery platform
Proficient and knowledgeable of ServiceNow's Common Service Model and Service Mapping techniques
Proficient and knowledgeable of ServiceNow's HRSD and App Engine
Proficient and knowledgeable of ServiceNow's IRM and Security Operations
