Plan and execute all local Axis-hosted and non-Axis-hosted events for channel partners, end customers and internal sales team, both on and offsite
Manage co-marketing efforts with local partners for brand visibility
Strategize with Field Marketing Manager on marketing communications activities, including content creation and execution of flyers, brochures, giveaways, etc.
Produce successful digital marketing campaigns and collateral within the business area
Strengthen marketing engagement with local branches and industry associations
Track and submit marketing expenses accurately
Serve as a liaison for the local sales team to the marketing department
Responsible for all marketing needs for the AEC, including facilitation of new and/or updated literature, graphics, swag, and vertical-specific content
On-site coordination of meetings within the Axis Experience Center, as needed
Partner with Field Marketing Coordinators to share best practices and ensure consistency across regions
Evaluate ROI of meetings and local events and maintain system of record for reporting purposes
Own local marketing reporting to provide monthly highlights to various stakeholders; make recommendations for improvements based on metrics and data
Work with Experience Center Coordinator and/or Business Area Intern to drive AEC visitors and set streamlined meetings
Assist with AEC operations as needed, including visitor reception, supplies, scheduling, cleanliness, and facility management coordination

Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, and/or event coordination
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficient in Salesforce, marketing automation, social media, and CRM tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
