Take on a leadership role of overseeing Centralized Anemia Managers (CAM) within your facility group.
You will be a coach as you provide leadership and training to your CAMs.
You’ll implement new clinical protocols and anemia initiatives as approved by the Governing and ordered by the physician(s)
You will work with the National Anemia Team to evolve and implement the anemia model of care and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other leadership to align and prioritize anemia activities with Village and Group goals, and address anemia-related issues within the Group.
Ability to work remotely from home with flexible hours, overnight travel may be required.

Requirements
4 to 6 years’ experience in Nursing
Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where practicing
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications
The ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and drive clinical outcomes
Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of specialized renal experience
