About this role
Role Overview
- Maintain and improve existing production environments.
- Support deployment and release processes.
- Improve authentication and access management.
- Help implement security-conscious operational practices.
- Configure and improve automation for operational workflows.
- Monitor and improve production reliability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Assist with environment configuration and maintenance.
- Recommend operational improvements and best practices.
- Work alongside developers to ensure smooth product releases.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
- Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
- Experience supporting production applications (AWS/Azure, Linux, Git, etc.)
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git, etc.)
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code (AWS/Azure, Terraform, etc.)
- Experience with authentication and access control
- Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving production environments
- Experience scripting and automating operational tasks (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
