About this role
Role Overview
- Administration and evolution of Microsoft Endpoint Management environments:
- Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
- SCCM / MECM
- Windows Autopilot
- Endpoint lifecycle management (Windows 10/11)
- Creation, maintenance and optimization of corporate Windows images
- Packaging, distribution and updating of applications (Win32, MSI, AppX)
- Management of security and compliance policies (baselines, hardening, Defender)
- Integration and operation with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Management and troubleshooting of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Apps
- Process automation (PowerShell, scripts, dynamic policies)
- Analysis and resolution of complex workplace environment incidents
- Support for transformation projects (e.g., SCCM → Intune/co-management migrations)
- Monitoring environment health and continuous improvement of the end-user experience
- Experience with:
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Apps
- Security and compliance policies
- Update management (Windows Update / WSUS / WUfB)
- Knowledge in:
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Co-management (SCCM + Intune)
- PowerShell scripting
- Advanced troubleshooting of Windows endpoints
Requirements
- Strong experience with:
- Microsoft SCCM / MECM
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot
- Advanced knowledge in:
- Windows imaging (WIM, Sysprep, Task Sequence)
- Device deployment and provisioning
- Nice-to-have:
- Zero Trust and Conditional Access
- Automation and observability tools
- Familiarity with:
- macOS management via Intune
- Hybrid and cloud-first environments
- Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-Endpoint, AZ-104, etc.)
