Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, including profile alignment, resume screening, competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments, and support for technical evaluations;
Perform active talent hunting in the market, building strategic talent maps and identifying candidates who match business needs;
Develop attraction and talent acquisition strategies, using multiple channels and approaches to reach high-potential professionals;
Act consultatively with leadership, supporting decision-making and ensuring greater accuracy in hiring;
Contribute to strengthening the employer brand through initiatives on social media, events, and market engagement activities;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process, providing transparent, agile, and humanized communication;
Monitor recruitment metrics, produce analyses, and propose continuous improvements to the area’s processes and strategies;
Support international recruitment processes by sourcing and evaluating talent in different countries.

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
Extensive experience in recruiting and selecting technology professionals;
Knowledge of ATS tools and management of recruitment processes;
Strong sourcing and hunting strategies, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter;
Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and perform profile assessments;
Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Joinville, SC.
