About this role
Role Overview
Conduct onboarding for new partners, ensuring efficient and structured integration;
Monitor the quality of partner and seller support, ensuring adherence to company standards;
Manage tickets and operational requests, tracking deadlines, backlog and resolutions;
Track performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement;
Identify operational bottlenecks, risks and deviations, supporting corrective action plans;
Act as the operation's focal point with partners, ensuring alignment and governance;
Support internal areas in resolving requests and implementing process improvements;
Work alongside Product, Technology and Business teams to evolve the operation;
Document and standardize processes to enable scalability and efficiency;
Participate in follow-up meetings, providing analyses and performance reports;
Propose improvements and automations that increase efficiency and customer and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics or related fields;
Knowledge of Zendesk or other ticketing/issue management tools;
Familiarity with KPI analysis and report preparation;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical ability with a focus on problem solving;
Proactivity, organizational skills and a sense of priorities;
Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments;
Experience with operations or partner management (plus);
Courses/certifications in Excel or data analysis (plus).
