Reporting directly to the API Lead Developer, you move beyond the role of an isolated developer to become a true facilitator within the team, while remaining active on the codebase.
Paired with the Lead Dev & Product: You take part in preliminary meetings with Product Managers (PMs), capture requirements upstream and stay informed of priorities. You are the primary contact for translating business needs into technical logic.
Facilitation and Technical Scoping: You support the team in the project preparation phase. You dissect PM functional specs, identify unclear areas, validate implementation ideas with Ops, and help structure technical tasks.
Hands-on Development: You get your hands dirty! You actively contribute to the team's development work (new features, maintenance, refactors) on our stack: a high-performance in-house PHP framework and modern web applications in React.
Delivery Tracking: You keep an eye on development progress and post-development phases to streamline project releases.
Transformation & LLM: Passionate about AI, you propose ways to integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) into our processes—whether to accelerate your own code or to automate generation of documentation, specs, and task tracking.

Education: You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or have significant development experience.
Technical Skills (The Stack): You are comfortable with PHP (ready to adopt a robust internal framework) and have a solid foundation in React for the web side.
Teamwork and Communication: You enjoy interacting with diverse profiles (PMs, Developers, Ops). You know how to listen, ask questions, and explain concepts clearly.
Analytical Mindset: When faced with a specification document, you like to dig in and look for potential issues to avoid technical pitfalls before the first commit.
LLM / AI Awareness: You already use tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude in your daily work and you cherc
