About this role
Role Overview
- Build and manage corporate networks for customers
- Continuously maintain, operate and evolve complex network environments
- Plan, design and operate modern firewall, LAN and WLAN infrastructures
- Analyze faults, independently resolve incidents and coordinate network changes
- Develop automation solutions to increase efficiency
- Support internal sales teams in the pre-sales process with technical expertise
Requirements
- Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience
- Solid expertise in Perimeter Security, Routing & Switching, VPN, TCP/IP and WLAN
- Certifications or training in Cisco and Fortinet technologies; knowledge of other vendors is a plus (or willingness to obtain certifications)
- Experience working at an IT service provider and initial development experience are an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German and strong English communication skills
