Role Overview
- Support ongoing account maintenance for the voucher business in shopping centers
- Responsible for monthly controls and account reconciliations
- Proactively manage payment and voucher service providers
- Design relevant KPIs for monitoring and reporting
- Identify optimization potential and drive automation initiatives
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth interface communication
Requirements
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in accounting/controlling
- Ideally, initial experience in process and project management
- Enjoy working with data and performing analytical tasks
- Structured and proactive way of working
- Good knowledge of accounting software (SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good command of English
