Role Overview
Coordinate contractors and installations
Manage materials
purchase orders and logistics
Oversee equipment hire and cost control
Own invoicing and payments
Ensure documentation and QA readiness
Maintain commercial data accuracy
Deliver reporting and insights
Drive process improvements and automation
Requirements
Strong commercial and invoicing knowledge
Confidence working with data
Experience coordinating suppliers or contractors
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Advanced spreadsheet skills
Clear communication skills
Experience with finance or CRM systems (bonus)
Exposure to systems such as SAP, Medius, Salesforce, or similar platforms (bonus)
Automation capability (bonus)
Experience with tools such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, or other automation platforms (bonus)
Industry experience in EV charging, energy, utilities, construction, or a related sector (bonus)
Equipment hire knowledge (bonus)
Familiarity with managing and optimising equipment hire processes (bonus)
