About this role
Role Overview
You take on post-production projects from A to Z
You receive raw footage and coordinate independently with our location leads
You implement edits within our existing design structures, formats and templates
You manage the process independently from rough cut through fine cut to a publication-ready final version and ensure clean archiving
You supplement our internal resources and independently execute post-production projects for our various locations
You drive project coordination independently with our location leads or the responsible colleagues
You edit and sound-design image, social media, and recruiting videos using existing raw footage
Requirements
Solid practical experience in video editing, especially for corporate, recruiting, and social media content
Ability to deliver export-ready final formats from existing raw footage
Fluent, exclusive use of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Experience with motion graphics templates in After Effects, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Google Workspace (especially Sheets), is a strong plus
Independent working style and confident stakeholder management (communication with locations)
Structured, tidy file management and versioning of project and raw assets
German at native speaker level or at least C2 proficiency
