About this role
Role Overview
Own and develop strategic aerospace and aviation accounts in Northern Germany
Build multi-level relationships across engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement, operations and senior management
Create and execute structured account plans, including stakeholder maps, opportunity roadmaps, revenue targets and next-step actions
Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for 8tree’s AR-enabled 3D surface inspection solutions across customer sites and business units
Lead complex B2B sales cycles from first engagement through technical evaluation, demos, proposal, negotiation and closing
Coordinate closely with technical, product and application experts to translate customer needs into compelling solutions
Maintain a high-quality pipeline and provide clear reporting on account progress, risks, forecast, market feedback and competitive activity
Represent 8tree professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, aerospace events and industry forums
Support commercial contract discussions with attention to pricing, scope, terms, risk and long-term account potential
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B business development, technical sales or key account management
Proven ability to develop complex industrial or enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
Experience selling technical products, inspection systems, manufacturing technology, metrology, software-enabled hardware or other industrial solutions
Strong ability to build trust with engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement and senior commercial stakeholders
Structured approach to account planning, pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity development
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial judgement
Fluency in German and English
Based in, or willing to be regularly present in, the Hamburg / Northern Germany region
Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Europe
