People & Operations Support: Track and respond to employee requests; ensure smooth administrative recruiting processes; manage the invoice cycle; and maintain cross-departmental workflows.
Health & Safety: Own office safety procedures; coordinate with external occupational safety specialists; and maintain required certifications and compliance.
Requirements
Education: Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, HR, facility management, or similar).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, HR, finance, or operations.
Safety Know-how: Experience with occupational health & safety is a plus — if not present, training and certification will be provided.
Mindset: Analytical thinking and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Attention to Detail: Careful and reliable work style, especially regarding documentation and record keeping.
Tech Skills: Proficient MS Office skills, including Excel — comfortable working with data, trackers, and reports.
Languages: Strong communication skills in English and German; German is essential for interacting with local authorities and managing safety regulations.
