contribute to updating the substantiation files for our product efficacy claims.
assist in updating PIFs in accordance with European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009
keep our database up to date with the latest regulatory data
contribute to defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to our regulatory activities and certifications
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bac +5 level degree (Master's/Engineering) in a relevant field: Cosmetic Sciences, Health Product Regulation, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent.
Rigor, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable with AI tools (such as Claude, Elicit, Gemini)
Curiosity about the regulatory environment and knowledge of the cosmetics regulatory landscape.
Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural sensitivity.
