About this role
Role Overview
Handle and close inbound leads across global markets.
Run discovery, scoping, and closing calls with senior marketing decision-makers.
Match each prospect to the right Fieldtrip solution across influencer, paid media, creative, and SEO.
Help build outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo and similar outreach platforms.
Build and manage cadences and sequences as the outbound motion develops.
Use technology, automation, and AI to streamline your workflow and work efficiently.
Keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline clean at all times.
Requirements
4 to 6 years of sales experience in an agency, media, or marketing technology environment.
A strong understanding of paid media, performance creative, and influencer marketing.
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. We will ask for numbers.
Comfort running a full sales cycle from first call to close.
Hands-on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
The ability to build outreach cadences and sequences. A strong advantage.
Comfort using AI and automation to work smarter and faster.
A sharp, clear communicator, on calls and over email.
Self-directed, hungry, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
