About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and provide care to clients that are safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client centered.
Provide case management, pregnancy counseling, parenting and adoption education, community education and outreach, and post-adoption support for birth parents.
Create a service plan in conjunction with the client to develop goals and objectives that are consistent with what the client wishes to accomplish.
Counsel, advocate, and teach clients the skills identified in their service plan face to face in home or virtually.
Respond to client’s crisis situations within program parameters in a timely manner according to program protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science.
Two years’ experience in child welfare, working with children and families.
Candidates must be a licensed driver with access to a dependable personal transportation and auto insurance.
