Role Overview
- Lead and manage the BenOps team.
- Own error and issue management for escalated customer queries.
- Drive process improvement and automation.
- Oversee new business administration and set up employer schemes.
- Support scheme renewals and policy event administration.
- Act as a first line of investigation for support queries.
- Partner across the business on new product launches and provider relationships.
- Lead strategic projects that will accelerate BenOps capability.
Requirements
- Minimum APA qualified in Pension, Health and Life insurance.
- Management experience leading a team.
- Industry background in broker, insurance, pension provider, or fintech.
- Operational depth managing multiple complex workstreams.
- Customer-first approach to solving customer problems.
- AI-curious mindset for using AI tools effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changes.
