Own and prioritize the product backlog. Translate roadmap priorities into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release goals, and sprint-ready work for the engineering team.
Bridge customer pain and product execution. Capture input from customers, prospects, Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Marketing, and leadership, then turn the signal into product requirements that are clear, testable, and tied to business value.
Drive VELO platform delivery. Partner with Engineering to deliver capabilities across AI-assisted modernization workflows, including assessment, analysis, transformation, validation, reporting, and user experience.
Support enterprise readiness. Prioritize product requirements for security, SSO, auditability, compliance, scalability, reliability, and other enterprise-grade expectations.
Make AI outputs verifiable. Work with technical leaders to define product requirements that reduce risk in AI-generated code, including deterministic guardrails, validation workflows, human-in-the-loop review, traceability, and measurable quality signals.
Balance self-service and high-touch enterprise needs. Help shape product experiences that can support lower-touch adoption while still meeting the realities of complex enterprise modernization programs.
Partner on go-to-market readiness. Support demos, launch planning, product messaging, enablement materials, roadmap conversations, and feedback loops that help Sales and Marketing sell the platform credibly.
Measure product outcomes. Define and track adoption, usage, release, quality, and modernization outcome metrics that show whether VELO is creating measurable customer and business value.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, developer tools, cloud, AI, or technology services.
Hands-on experience managing a product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting sprint planning, and making tough priority calls.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and explain product value to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with enterprise software expectations such as SSO, security, compliance, auditability, reliability, scalability, and procurement realities.
Strong interest in AI product workflows, especially agentic AI, deterministic vs. generative AI trade-offs, validation, traceability, and trustworthy automation.
Understanding of application modernization concepts
for example, legacy systems, source-to-target migration, .NET, Blazor, Azure, PowerBuilder, VB6, Access, WebForms, or WinForms.
Excellent communication skills and the judgment to separate real customer signal from one-off requests disguised as strategy. It happens. A lot.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
