Build strong, lasting relationships with key contacts at accounting offices — becoming their trusted point of contact at Mynt.
Educate and enable partners on Mynt's value proposition, making it easy for them to recommend Mynt to their clients.
Develop a deep understanding of the accounting office landscape in Sweden and continuously identify new partnership opportunities.
Work closely with the broader commercial team to align partner activity with Mynt's overall growth strategy.
Act as a feedback loop between partners and our product team — sharing insights that help us build an even better product for the accounting segment.
Requirements
Experience from the accounting industry — whether as an accountant, in a sales role at an accounting software company, or in another capacity that gives you genuine insight into how accounting offices work.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term B2B relationships, with a track record of turning relationships into commercial results.
A consultative approach — you listen before you pitch, and you're skilled at identifying and articulating value in a way that resonates.
Self-driven and structured, with the ability to manage a growing portfolio of partners independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where things move quickly and you help shape the way things are done.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
