Provide comprehensive technical support to employees across all company locations via helpdesk, email, and chat channels.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues across all Mac & Windows-based computers, mobile devices, and active technology products/applications.
Actively diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and complex VPN problems for both Windows and macOS users.
Create, manage, and maintain user access, enterprise accounts, passwords, data integrity, and strict security profiles utilizing Okta, Azure AD, and the Google Workspace Admin Console.
Conduct routine audits of company applications to verify that internal access controls are correctly implemented and functioning.
Own the end-to-end access provisioning process, ensuring that all necessary accesses and accounts are fully operational prior to a new employee's target onboarding date.
Facilitate onboarding tech-calls with new employees to ensure proper access configuration and adherence to company security guidelines.
Execute swift, timely account deactivations for offboarding users, ensuring corporate data is securely suspended and leaving employees are removed from all systems immediately.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, corporate software, and applications within the company ecosystem.
Coordinate directly with third-party vendors to repair or replace failing hardware components.
Enforce and support corporate endpoint security standards (including 2FA, antivirus, firewall policies, etc.).
Take direct ownership of designated IT project-related tasks and operational updates.
Identify, evaluate, and suggest infrastructure solutions to enhance the existing setup and drive organization-wide efficiency.
Deliver strategic IT suggestions and technical improvements to existing tools that benefit the entire workforce.
Requirements
2–3 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
Strict, non-negotiable technical proficiency in both macOS and Windows OS.
Required hands-on experience with Azure AD, Okta, and general Identity & Access Management frameworks.
Required experience with Google Workspace Admin level operations and Cloud Application Management.
Strong experience handling IT Support and Helpdesk Systems.
Direct, hands-on experience executing user lifecycle events, specifically onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (connectivity, routing, printing) and concrete experience troubleshooting VPN issues across both Windows and macOS platforms.
Familiar with Zoom, Slack, MS Office, and other commonly used enterprise tools.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive desire to stay up to date on the latest technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
