Role Overview

• Investigate a customer's e-commerce storefront
• Design and QA caching configuration
• Launch and validate e-commerce storefronts
• Live diagnosis of performance incidents
• Technical customer calls
• Own the final 'safe to serve' configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a technical customer-facing or engineering role
• HTTP caching depth
• Performance measurement knowledge
• Read real frontend code (JS/DOM)
• Live arithmetic comfort
• Investigation discipline
• Launch ownership
• Uncompromising customer judgment
• Advanced English
• 4+ hours daily overlap with US Eastern business hours
