Facilitate the registration, scheduling, and logistics of AMO personnel for required training.
Act as a central point of contact between students, instructors, schoolhouses, military partners, and external training vendors.
Assist with student travel reviews, registration confirmations, training space reservations, and travel orders.
Meticulously update, verify, and archive electronic student training records and histories within official systems.
Requirements
Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent written/verbal communication and data entry accuracy.
Strong customer service mindset, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
