About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute the account planning process for assigned SEA accounts across the revenue lifecycle
Meet year-over-year assigned revenue and margin targets for profitable sales volume growth and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel and management in assigned customer accounts
Take personal responsibility for senior-level customer communication, including key negotiations and contracts
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Lead solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering field like Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in electronic materials or components within the electronics industries
Proven track record in negotiating and crafting complex B2B deal structures with customers of global footprints
Strong experience with structured sales processes, performance metrics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.com
Willing to devote at least 50% or more of your time to traveling
