Role Overview
Serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert for customer engagements
Lead high-impact workshops and sessions tailored to customer needs
Accelerate product adoption and drive measurable business value
Document adoption plans and ensure project alignment
Guide customers on strategic decisions and product utilization
Requirements
10–12+ years in CAI technical consulting or success roles
Deep integration knowledge across ACI, HyperFlex, UCS, Nexus, Intersight, Nutanix, and NDFC
Mastery of public cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Expert understanding of AI-driven infrastructure and specific adoption challenges
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Multiple advanced certifications (CCIE plus CISSP or CISM preferred)
