Initial review of design requests from field sales or directly from customers to check completeness of information and to verify required plan documents (architectural, heating, sanitary plans).
Obtain missing data and documents through proactive and clear communication with customers and field sales.
Create and maintain projects in the CRM system (Salesforce), including careful administrative handling of all relevant fields.
Serve as the central interface between sales, customers, technical teams and design engineering.
Prepare and hand over fully validated projects to the design team.
Document, track and report ongoing processes.
Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, particularly in the areas of data quality and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational training with a strong technical aptitude.
Initial experience in project coordination, construction, or building services engineering (TGA) is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
Excellent communication skills and a confident manner in customer and partner interactions.
Proficient with MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems desirable.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
