Role Overview
- Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes.
- Manage business relationships, evaluate member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices in the field.
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
