Role Overview
- Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships; assess member/client satisfaction and service quality; follow up and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse (credit union) in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Fluency in French required
