Role Overview

• Support comprehensive coordination of medical services and implementation of care plans
• Process referrals and make outreach calls
• Enter data into Dynamo or QNXT
• Process member mailings

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
