About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the technical design and development of software solutions that address complex business needs.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and risk management expectations.
- Contribute to and review technical documentation, including design artifacts and procedural documentation.
- Promote and apply modern engineering practices such as Agile delivery, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Develop, test and implement software solutions.
- Design software solutions to address business needs.
- Write code, tests and deploy software.
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software.
- Maintain and debug software.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Preferred Skills: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Application Development, Business Management, CI/CD, Customer Solutions, Design, GitHub, Group Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Python Software Development, Release Management, Software Solutions, User Experience (UX) Design
