Role Overview
- Responsible for servicing an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate loans
- Provides end‑to‑end servicing support and portfolio administration
- Manages all pre‑closing and pre‑boarding document reviews
- Collaborates closely with relationship managers and internal teams
- Clearly communicates problems/issues to Manager and/or RM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience and knowledge of commercial real estate
- Familiarity with Commercial Loan Systems and Deposit Systems
- Prior experience in comprehension of public or private REIT's (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to service commercial loans with more complex financing (preferred)
