Role Overview
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of management reporting packages
- Support the centralization of financial reporting processes
- Partner with corporate and network finance teams
- Oversee the creation of automated reporting tools and dashboards
- Mentor junior team members
- Champion process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, Power BI, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
