About this role
Role Overview
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives
- Translate executive vision into structured program plans
- Identify interdependencies, risks, and obstacles across initiatives
- Lead regular strategic program reviews with senior leadership
- Drive accountability across workstreams
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Facilitate executive-level meetings and working sessions
- Serve as a trusted advisor for complex initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans
- Champion change management principles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Information Technology, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in program or project management
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide programs
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with program governance frameworks and structured delivery methodologies required
- Exceptional ability to build executive-level presentations
- Strong business acumen
- Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with program management tools and platforms: SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint
