About this role
Role Overview
- Defining test strategies and building functional and regression test cases
- Creating readiness plans, dashboards, and production validation test plans
- Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies (upstream and downstream) and helping drive solutions
- Giving leaders clear visibility into readiness, risks, and go‑live decisions
- Supporting post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to eight years of related experience
- 8+ years of related experience preferred
- Credit Card Lifecycle experience
- Familiarity with systems like ICS, Casper, ACAPS, RCA/PRCA, PCSP, KYC and Digital Wallets
- Jira and PractiTest experience is a plus
- Strong functional and end‑to‑end testing skills
- Great organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable owning defects, issues, and seeing them through to resolution
- Demonstrated project management experience
