About this role

Manage all aspects of billing and expense operations supporting client and fund fee processes
Act as a primary contact for daily operational needs, providing direction and leadership
Contribute to improving workflows and supporting key initiatives
Coordinate management and performance fee calculations
Perform detailed review of fee calculations, allocations, and supporting financial data
Support implementation and enhancement of operational processes and procedures
Ensure deliverables are completed on time, in accordance with policies and controls
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with relevant experience
Strong experience in alternative fund accounting, including private equity or hedge fund structures
Experience with management and performance fee calculations and partner allocations
Public accounting (audit) background preferred
Experience with Geneva preferred
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to operate independently in a hands-on role while contributing to broader team initiatives
Understanding of financial and accounting principles and their application in operational processes
