Manage and lead assigned EHS programs, such as industrial hygiene, hazard communication, safety audits, and employee training
Conduct risk assessments and environmental evaluations to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Intel standards, including ISO 45001
Perform workplace exposure monitoring for chemical, physical, and environmental hazards, and oversee proper documentation of findings
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive actions
Support construction and facility projects by identifying safety risks, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with EHS protocols
Develop and deliver training programs on emergency procedures, workplace safety, and hazard prevention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze EHS data, identify trends, and drive strategic improvement initiatives
Ensure readiness and compliance for regulatory audits and maintain records of employee exposure to hazardous materials
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in EHS roles with a Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, exposure monitoring, and safety audits
Familiarity with relevant EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 45001
Technical expertise in recognizing, evaluating, and controlling occupational and environmental hazards
