Work with our subject matter experts to create insightful thought leadership content.
Optimize content for both traditional and AI-generated search (SEO/AEO/GEO), understanding how people discover things today.
Edit and refine content produced by others, setting a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Own and execute Nitro’s organic social media presence and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Develop channel-specific content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and grows our community, with a distinct voice for each platform.
Track performance, analyze what’s working, and use data to make strategic decisions about what to create next.
Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep Nitro’s social presence relevant and ahead of the curve.
Assist our digital team with paid social ad copy and channel strategy.
Design creative, on-brand social media graphics, campaign visuals, and template-based assets in Canva.
Produce short-form video content and social reels to bring our story and our people to life.
Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, alongside AI features in Canva, HubSpot, and other platforms, thoughtfully and responsibly as a content partner.
Apply strong editorial judgment to all content, always verifying facts, refining copy, and ensuring alignment with the brief and brand.
Help develop scalable content production processes that accelerate output while keeping quality high.
Ensure all content is consistent with Nitro’s brand guidelines.
Requirements
5+ years of content writing, editing, and social media experience in a B2B SaaS technology environment preferred
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office applications, and AI tools required
HubSpot, Confluence, and Figma experience a plus
A portfolio that shows your copywriting range (different formats, audiences, channels, styles, etc.)
Experience managing corporate social media channels with demonstrable engagement and growth
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how content discovery is evolving with AI-generated search results
Excels in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work from our downtown Toronto office three days per week on a hybrid schedule
