Role Overview
- Lead technology transformation within the Global Insurance Technology organization
- Act as the strategic technical architect of delivery
- Ensure technical initiatives translate into measurable business value
- Champion engineering standards that prioritize scalability and efficiency
- Develop and maintain technical architectural road map
- Partner with stakeholders to enforce technical architecture standards
- Oversee end-to-end technical architecture for applications and domains
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in application engineering and technology management
- Strong foundation in modern engineering practices and cloud-native architecture
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology migrations
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- A disciplined approach to high-pressure delivery cycles
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, Google CLOUD services
- Working knowledge of Generative AI (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in open-source code and frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Desired certifications: TOGAF, AWS, CISSP, SAFe for architects
