About this role
Role Overview
- Take ownership of the product technical support department
- Lead and manage a team of 6 to 8 staff members
- Handle customer inquiries via Teams, email, or phone
- Provide technical support for all products sold in the EMEA region
- Take charge of complex or strategic cases
- Set priorities and delegate support actions
- Manage customer escalations on critical cases
- Ensure timely and comprehensive responses to all Site Support requests
Requirements
- Strong technical education, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Experience in the HVAC sector or a related field
- Experience in technical support and warranty management
- Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint and SAP
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
