About this role
Role Overview
Perform industry leading pest management services for commercial customers.
Identify and eliminate pests from commercial properties by conducting thorough inspections.
Determine the type of pest infestation and apply appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps.
Provide preventative measures to prevent future infestations while adhering to safety regulations.
Communicate with clients about pest control solutions.
Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
Provide advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.
Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm their appointments, and expand our product to new customers.
Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle (we provide routine maintenance).
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Company vehicle and gas card provided)
Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
Customer-facing experience preferred
