10 to 15 years of overall professional experience
7+ years of recent professional work experience leading large enterprise product programs
5+ years of cross-functional team management experience in a SaaS company
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Deep experience with the software development lifecycle
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.
Management Degrees preferred.
Exposure to working with AI tools like Claude/Cursor is a plus.
