Role Overview
- Perform monthly accounting classification and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Prepare monthly trial balances and review entries for taxes and payroll.
- Support the preparation of documents for monthly and annual closings within established deadlines.
- Ensure seamless information flow between departments to avoid errors and rework.
- Respond to client requests with a focus on problem resolution and process simplification.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting (BSc in Accounting) completed or near completion.
- Proven experience in accounting classification and reconciliation routines.
- Proficiency in accounting management software and knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
