Role Overview
- Prepare on-time, competitive, and accurate quotes for customers.
- Maintain relationships with key vendors and partners.
- Support bid proposal strategy and value-added service offering.
- Assemble lighting and/or power distribution systems for projects.
- Compile and analyze information from vendors, determining appropriate pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct critical conversations and negotiations effectively.
- Utilize MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Proven experience in negotiation skills with strong math aptitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communication skills: ability to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with vendors, customers and associates (virtually/in-person)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
