Coordinate a team of intra-logistics operators or workers to ensure adequately receiving, storing, commissioning and dispatching all sorts of materials/goods/products for organization unit assigned.
Implement defined processes and standards for assigned areas of plant.
Monitor and enforce adherence to defined standards and processes.
Carry out adequate staffing, organize and coordinate daily intra-logistics operations for an assigned area and solve daily issues.
Collect, evaluate and report needs for repair, maintenance or replacement of warehouse/ material handling equipment.
Coordinate with other departments to manage material flow and storage efficiently.

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control
Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
Ability to manage and lead a team
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical degree preferred
Prior leadership experience preferred.
