Prepare and execute financial forecasts in collaboration with the Cluster CFO.
Monitor the market for new opportunities and develop direct relationships with key customers.
Define and monitor performance targets for the commercial team to achieve strategic objectives.
Oversee the local workforce, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and Group HR policies.
Implement internal audit recommendations and report any suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
Represent the Group with local authorities and government bodies as required.

At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, shipping – logistics sector
Proven experience in commercial management and business development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Comprehensive understanding of financial and operational processes.
Croatian native speaker.
